Our competitive cheer program is divided into categories based on age and experience. These categories allow athletes to join teams where they can grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
All-Star Elite
Full-YearAll-Star Elite
Our Full-Year Elite program is designed for athletes with strong cheer experience and solid technical skills. These teams are made up of dedicated individuals who are prepared to train at a high level and compete in a highly competitive environment.
Half-Year
Prep/NoviceHalf-Year
Our Half-Year Program is a fun and supportive introduction to cheerleading. Perfect for beginners, it focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and leadership in a positive, inclusive environment.
Rec Cheer
School Cheer StyleRec Cheer
Our Rec Cheer Program is a half-year competitive experience that mirrors school cheer, featuring stunts, jumps, dance, and crowd-leading cheers. It’s a great way for athletes to build skills and prepare for future school cheer opportunities.

Carefully selected from across the tri-state area, our staff is made up of seasoned cheer professionals who bring a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to every practice. With ten former college cheerleaders — including Division One Captains and several current and former NCA/UCA staff members — our team offers unmatched expertise and leadership.
