The Running Tucks & Aerials class takes tumbling to new heights. Athletes move beyond handsprings into more dynamic skills, focusing on front and back tucks as well as aerial progressions. These skills require explosive power, strong technique, and body control in the air.
Through structured drills and progressions, coaches help athletes safely learn how to generate height and rotation while maintaining clean execution. The addition of aerials builds agility, confidence, and a strong sense of body awareness. This class is an important bridge between intermediate skills and advanced passes like layouts and standing tucks.
