The Walkovers class helps athletes take the next step after Fundamentals. With a focus on flexibility, control, and body awareness, athletes master front and back walkovers while preparing for handsprings.

Walkovers class takes athletes beyond the basics and into one of the most exciting early milestones of tumbling: front and back walkovers. Athletes work on flexibility, strength, and control to master these skills while maintaining proper form and body alignment.
Coaches introduce conditioning drills and progressions that build explosiveness, preparing athletes for handsprings and other advanced skills. With consistent practice, athletes develop not only the ability to execute walkovers independently but also the confidence that comes with overcoming a major tumbling goal.
